Description
This enhances moderator abilities by adding a new permission to view member information via the moderator tools menu.
The new permission is under the General moderator permissions
Once granted, a new option View member info appears in the Moderator Tools menu
Clicking this opens the member information page
with information which helps moderators do a better job of tracking down problematic members.
