Trophy addon question?

Hey everyone. I just registered as I found this addon:

Trophy Essentials

Hugely improve trophies by awarding them for ongoing user activity

How do I purchase it though? It says 20USD but there is no buy button. Any help will be highly appreciated.

We don't sell our addons to forums promoting illegal activity or owned by organisation in direct competition with us.
I just need to determine whether that's the case.
