Conversation monitor not usable because of Bugs

Hi there,

i just bought and installed the Conversation Monitor.

When i try to add a new monitor, while typing in the Associated Users i get:
"Oops! We ran into some problems. Please try again later. More error details may be in the browser console."

Console errors (2):
jquery-3.3.1.min.js?_v=82cfca0a:2 GET http://mydomain.com/admin.php?membe...df85fca0b7d385aaefe935e4&_xfResponseType=json 404 (Not Found)
